Payment and Digital Delivery

This page explains payment, digital delivery, access key transfer, receipts, support, and refund basics on SlyOtter.

Payment currency

All prices on the site are shown in Russian rubles unless the site interface directly states otherwise.

Payment methods

Orders are paid using the methods available on the site at the time of purchase.

The site payment stack may include Antilopay for bank card/SBP flows, Crypto Pay (CryptoBot), and the 2328.io/crypto2328 crypto payment flow, depending on which providers are enabled and configured at the time of checkout.

Payment methods may change depending on technical availability, payment partners, and other circumstances.

Payment security

Payments on the site are processed through payment partners and banking services connected to the site.

When paying by bank card or another cashless method, payment data is processed on the protected side of the payment service or bank. The site does not store full bank card details of buyers.

To protect buyers and prevent fraudulent transactions, banking anti-fraud systems, technical payment checks, order status checks, IP addresses, sessions, and other technical data may be used.

All site pages related to registration, authorization, the dashboard, and payment work through a secure HTTPS connection.

When an order is considered paid

An order is considered paid after the payment service, bank, or other payment partner confirms successful payment.

After successful payment, the order appears in the buyer's dashboard.

Digital product delivery

After successful payment, the digital product is provided to the buyer through the dashboard.

  • access key;
  • link to a third-party developer service;
  • activation or usage instructions;
  • access period information;
  • other digital materials needed to use the product.

Moment of transfer

The digital product is considered transferred when the access key, link, instruction, or other access data is displayed in the buyer's dashboard.

After the access key is displayed in the dashboard, the product is considered transferred to the buyer and the key is considered disclosed.

Individual access key

The access key is an individual digital product provided for a specific order and buyer.

The access key may be connected with the order, buyer dashboard, HWID, or other technical data.

Transferring the access key to third parties, resale, publication, exchange, or shared use is prohibited.

Product access period

The access period depends on the selected plan and is shown on the product page before payment.

Before payment, the buyer must check the selected plan, access period, system requirements, restrictions, and product description.

Payment receipt

When settlements are made in cases provided by Russian law and by the rules of the enabled payment method, the seller generates and sends an electronic receipt to the buyer's email address or in another way provided by the applicable payment service.

If there is a problem

If a problem occurs after payment or after receiving the key, the buyer may contact support through the communication channel specified on the site.

The seller will check the request and offer a reasonable solution: setup help, replacement access key, similar product, access period extension, or refund when there are grounds for it.

Refunds

If the digital product has not been transferred to the buyer, the buyer may refuse the product before transfer.

After an individual access key is transferred, a refund for a digital product of proper quality is not made if the key has individually defined properties and can be used only by the buyer.

If the product does not work for reasons not caused by the buyer, the seller checks the situation and offers a reasonable solution. If the issue cannot be resolved reasonably, a refund is made.

When there are grounds for a refund, money is returned by the same method used for payment if technically possible. If that is impossible, the parties agree on another lawful and technically available refund method.

Internal balance, bonuses, or promo codes do not replace a monetary refund unless the buyer separately and voluntarily agrees to that method.
